AFRICAN DANCE AND DRUMMING WORKSHOP

FREE Workshop and Performance opportunity for EKU Students and Community Members! Learn traditional Ghanaian dance and music from Guest Artists Bernard Woma (Ghanaian Master Drummer and Xylophone virtuoso), and Joyce Woma, Choreographer for the Ghanaian Performing troupe "Sakaamu." Please join us and participate in this unique cultural event - NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! 

The workshops will be held April 22 & 23 in the Campbell Bldg. Dance studio Room 137, and the workshop performance for the "EKU African Heritage Diversity Concert" will take place on April 24th in O'Donell Hall (Whitlock Bldg.) dress rehearsal at 4PM - Performance at 6pm.
