Jenna Sehmann wins Award
Jenna Sehmann, a senior music performance and music industry major, was recently awarded the National Federation of Music Clubs Carolyn Nelson Double Reed Award, part of their National Student Collegiate Awards. The cash award is given annually to an oboe or bassoon performer, age 19-26, based on a solo performance audition.
 Jenna will be attending the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music in the fall.  She was awarded a full tuition scholarship and graduate assistantship at CCM. She will be pursuing the Master of Music in Oboe Performance degree.
Jenna is also the recipient of the EKU Dean's Award for the College of Arts and Sciences, given to a graduating senior.  She also will be representing the School of Music as the Commencement Student Speaker for the College of Arts and Sciences.
